The question was for cocaine possession, not demonic possession.

benjordan: well there is a starbucks and a shell station. shouldn't be too hard to narrow it down?

At least it's a shell station and not another starbucks. Pretty much all we have to do is identify a place where there is only one starbucks at an intersection and that should be it...

That's the address for the nearby Panda Express. Look it up in GSV and turn around. It's a shopping center called Pavilions.

The building shown is the Pavilions grocery store (Safeway) on the corner of Melrose and Vine as others have noted. I shop there all the time and recognized the place immediately - much to my surprise. The other 3 "corners" feature a gas station and two small strip mall type setups. It's just a few blocks from some famous older apartment buildings which housed many of the big name stars of yesteryear.

Except that West Los Angeles was a desert before we built the aqueduct and developed the land.

Reaganomics my ass. It's the result of 100 years of the American way of industrialism, and it would look the same if Ronald Reagan had never been born. Why does everyone seek scapegoats for collective guilt?

It's the Pavilions market at Melrose and Vine in Hollywood.

Read the farkin' article... it's for cocaine possession.

/or maybe it's the site where that allegedly crazy right-wing talk show guy allegedly raped and killed an alleged teenaged girl

Because collective guilt means even I, and things I love are part of the problem - and that hurts my ego. So scapegoat it is. I blame Canada, of course.
