See, this is an uninformed statement. Pete Best was a terrible drummer, which is why he was dropped from the first audition recording session with George Martin, and subsequently replaced with a superior drummer, Ringo Starr, whose reputation was as the most professional drummer in Liverpool.

Yup, I left the second half of the quote off on purpose. I was riffing on the quote, not the reality, but whatever. I bought Rock Band:Beatles and played through the drums and I haven't touched the other instruments. I played along with Ringo for hours. Ringo was good but looked bad considering his company.
