It's amazing how often I am able to use this image with pinpoint accuracy.

Jesse Jackson is an asshole.

HowlingFrog [TotalFark] 2009-11-19 01:01:53 AM
I was wondering why he's been relatively quiet for so long.
He's been storing up the wharrgarrbl inside his belly to blast the world with this little gem.

Why do I feel weird, as a white man, telling Jesse Jackson, a black man, that not all black men are the same?

Car_Ramrod 2009-11-19 02:52:29 AM
Side note: I'm so glad Hot Air is still using "The One" and "ObamaCare".

Jessie Jackson is a Racialist, one of my new favorite terms.

He's not necessarily a racist, prejudging people based solely on race. A racialist views everything through the filter of race, and I mean EVERYTHING.

Oh, he was talking about Davis. Didn't this pass in the house of reps a couple of weeks ago? How f*cking old is this story?

kasmel 2009-11-19 03:04:32 AM
So...if I vote for health care...does that mean I'm black?...wow, gotta update my facebook

Dr Dreidel 2009-11-19 03:10:42 AM
Huh. HotAir found the one entity more self-important and blowhardy than they are.

Shrapnel [TotalFark] 2009-11-19 03:16:15 AM
Hey, black people, guess who's helping to keep you down? This guy.

randomjsa 2009-11-19 03:33:04 AM
So basically his premise is that because it helps black people so much that one cannot vote against it and still be considered a black man?

I wonder what beneficial-to-my-race issue I'd have to vote against in order to lose my status as a white man. No wait, I'd be called a racist from sea to shining sea if the issues I supported or advocated came with the consideration of "How does this help white people?"

Racism is racism, it hurts everyone, and it helps nobody.

OgreMagi 2009-11-19 03:36:58 AM
In my opinion, the race card was permanently canceled the day Obama was elected president.

The best part is now I get to say "the man is keeping me down". BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Bigdogdaddy 2009-11-19 03:38:44 AM
He's like the black male version of Sarah Palin. Go away Jesse.

Ok, here's the game. Fill in the blank:

"You can't ___________ and call yourself __________"

I'll go first.

You can't piss in my corn flakes and call yourself The Lemonade Fairy.

erik-k 2009-11-19 04:07:55 AM
Shut up, Jesse, you cock!

Does that about cover it? I think that about covers it.

EL_FABREZ 2009-11-19 04:23:10 AM
Either universal care or ban medicare/aid. It's been 60 years now, and medicare/aid aren't meant to be stand alone.

/Really doesn't care anymore

I loved him on "Match Game".

If I were black, I would feel insulted that someone felt the need to rhyme an idea for me before I remembered, or understood it.

WFern 2009-11-19 04:32:36 AM
Why the hell is this shiat greenlit? No one cares what Jesse Jackson has to say about anything and Hot Air is staffed by even bigger retards.

Sodium Benzoate 2009-11-19 04:40:36 AM
Since most black people aren't elected officials who can vote on healthcare it's going to take a long time to break the bad news to so many people.

Skleenar [TotalFark] 2009-11-19 05:01:25 AM
Just 160 years ago it was perfectly normal for black people to be owned by other people. I don't see why being owned by the insurance industry in 2009 should be a racial disqualification.

Gulper Eel [TotalFark] 2009-11-19 05:07:13 AM
WFern: No one cares what Jesse Jackson has to say about anything

Apparently enough businesses care about what he has to say that they buckle when he rolls into their boardrooms with his latest shakedown.

Hell, I'm not even black, but you know what?

On behalf of my friends who, through some unfortunate coincidence of birth, are forced to tolerate the implied party-crashing political companionship of this useless asshat:

Hey, Jackson; Shut the fark up, wanker, adults are talking.

Britney Spear's Speculum: You can't piss in my corn flakes and call yourself The Lemonade Fairy.

Actually, that's probably the best thing you could call yourself after pissing in someone's corn flakes. It might even help them get over the fact that you just whipped it out in front of them.

syrynxx [TotalFark] 2009-11-19 06:25:50 AM
See, Jesse? This is why you're not President. You can't think of your self as anything other than the HNIC.

"Jesse Jackson is not the king of black people!"

Erebus1954 2009-11-19 06:31:45 AM
or Jesse will cut yer nuts off.

Jesse's position has always been that black people should want rich white people to pay for everything they need, because according to Jesse black people cannot do anything for themselves. So, makes perfect sense!

One thing about the Sith, they always come in pairs, a master, and an apprentice. But which is which?

Snarfangel [TotalFark] 2009-11-19 07:56:28 AM
On the plus side, you can join the Congressional Black Caucus if you vote for healthcare.

Bigdogdaddy: He's like the black male version of Sarah Palin. Go away Jesse.

No, he isn't.

Palin isn't the brightest bulb in the box, but I wouldn't call her *EVIL*. She's just, well, dumb. Jesse isn't dumb, Jesse is smart, and evil: He uses race to bully people into giving him what he wants. Blackmail is blackmail, whether you think the ends justify the means or not.

Besides, Palin has better gams.

Substitute Republicans with Jesse and you've got an accurate paragraph.

Jesse is still bitter. He thought he was going to be the first black president.

GameSprocket 2009-11-19 08:25:17 AM
Does everyone who votes for healthcare get to call themselves a black man? Franken could get a lot of play out of that at parties.

EatHam [TotalFark] 2009-11-19 08:30:03 AM
You're not the boss of me, Jesse. I will both vote against healthcare and call myself a black man, and I am neither a senator nor a congressman, and I am white.

FLMountainMan 2009-11-19 08:33:52 AM
Black people really get the shaft in this respect and the media definitely helps things along.

Whites are allowed to be rednecks, hippies, goths, etc... and never have their whiteness questioned.

A black person strays from what liberal orthodoxy says they should be and their racial identity is called into question. Such a narrowly tailored view.

And at the same time, white folks often view Jesse and Al as echoing every black Americans' thoughts.

Whether or not that is true, it's a non sequitor: The comparison is Palin v. Jackson as individuals, not their respective political parties.

If only a leader would be brave enough to state that they should be judged by the content of their character and not the color of their skin.

Uh huh. Right. Evil. You're scraping the bottom of the barrel with that crap -- especially considering you've been voting for race baiters your whole life -- just your brand of race baiter.

Jesse is good for one thing besides blow harding, trolling for racists. This thread pretty much proves it.

tgregory 2009-11-19 09:13:42 AM
i really wish people would quit making this irrelevant jackass relevant.

Vast and Trunkless 2009-11-19 09:25:27 AM
Wow, I'm really loving this post-racism America. It was so great when we elected a black president and racism went away.
