at the 7 second mark, that man clearly does coke.

at the 30 second mark someone was either giving the guy in the black hat a BJ, or doing a line. That is when said blonde girl is present. which rounds back to my original point that this "blonde girl" was either just in the bathroom (where we know there is coke) "hanging out", or herself doing coke.
