ugh..they are still talking about "Hot Dog-Gate" in that article. It could have been worse, Sanchez could have been eating a taco while doing the hat dance and shooting one of his guns off into the air...That would have been racist...

i am watching the SF-CHI and am confused.... there's no play-by-play commentary...

AND I LOVE IT !

if this is intentional, it's genius.

The Jets should use the hot dog controversy to their advantage. What Jets fan wouldn't want to bite into a Mark Sanchez Hot Dog?

Even the football gods have had enough of Matt Millen. ESPN, NBC & NFL Network is too much.

Make sure they're kosher for Greeny.

and 10 seconds ago, the commentary came back on loud and clear....

DAMMIT.

i really liked just watching the game with the crowd noises and the referee's feed only with no obvious comments from the commentators...

it was great while it lasted. I suspect that I will never enjoy an NFL telecast like I did those few minutes just now again....

FTFA: Mark Sanchez, the Jets' rookie quarterback, turned 23 years old Wednesday.

I know I should be over it by now, but it really bothers me that there are starting NFL QB's that are younger than me.

/Turned 23 this past February
//I'll get off your lawn now

Oh, I do. Especially this past one to see my boys take Tavares. He's younger than my younger brother. In the words of Bill Simmons, I will now peel the skin off my body.

So, seriously though: why does anyone care he ate a dog during the game?

He was likely hungry and needed some quick calories... are people worried he's not getting enough exercise and can't handle a dog? Really, there's not a hell of a lot of difference between a hotdog and Gatoraide,

I hear that Adrian Peterson eats a ton of junk food and fast food, often and regularly.

Seems to be working out for him.

FTFA: Some Jets have suggested they are better than their record.

Interesting theory. I would suggest the opposite.
