Actually, no. Ski jumping is one sport where at least in theory women and men should be able to go head to head. And it's possible one day they will. Keep in mind organized women's ski jumping hasn't been around that long.

Women's ski jumping isn't sanctioned by the IOC because the women didn't complete the organizational requirements - pretty much the same reason why men's synchronized swimming isn't.
