Yeah, the article does lack a lot of important information. For instance, was Glenn Beck merely in the group, or did he create it? Could he have created it in the 90s? Exactly how is his victim doing, or did he kill her?

Questioning statutory rape laws does not make a person pro-rape. It means they wish the merits of a legal system with gross potential for abuse to be re-examined, nothing more.

Though, to be fair, I myself questioned statutory rape laws on a very frequent basis when I was a fifteen-year-old. Sometimes even in the back of a station wagon, with a nineteen-year-old who was willing to listen to my political arguments. We had many such 'discussions' and I don't recall any ill effects whatsoever, especially considering we had discovered the possibility of combining technologies of 97, 98 and 75% effectiveness to produce a near-impossibility of failure. But there again, we were nerds.
