Apparently the husband did nothing?

I have a feeling we don't yet have all the details on this, but if a stripper punches my wife in a parking lot, she's gonna get a serious and possibly brutal beatdown by me, in an effort to defend my wife.

I might not be able to knock the stupid out of her, but she'll definitely get the message that she's not to mess with me or my wife again.

FTFA: "The woman said she and her husband were at the establishment when the dancer began talking inappropriately to her about lap dancing."

ok....so I've never been to a strip club, but isn't it supposed to be about being dealt with inappropriately ?

I mean, I thought that was why people go there. That and the Boobies....

( I have heard that non stripper -ladies get a lot of attention at strip clubs from the ladies that are stripping.)

/yes, I have been drinking, thank you spell check.

Unsung_Hero 2009-11-08 06:03:25 AM
1) Never take your wife to a strip club you haven't scouted out first.

2) Never get in the middle of a cat fight. You'll probably fail to protect either woman from harm, and you'll catch quite a bit of it yourself.

3) You have to ignore rule #2 if it's your wife or girlfriend getting assaulted. (Or, assuming you're a decent person, if you know one of the women is an innocent party).

Jebus Christ. Having escaped there, I'm going to put money that one of my ex inlaws heard of it before it greenlit.

no clever name here just move along: I have heard that non stripper -ladies get a lot of attention at strip clubs from the ladies that are stripping.

In the Greater Toronto Area, land of the nude lap dance and simultaneous alcohol service, that is true at some clubs.

Basically, if a woman goes into one of the 'neighbourhood' clubs, she is often encouraged to get up on stage and have some of her clothing removed while a dancer pretends to go all lesbian on her. This usually only gets as far as having her shirt and bra lifted up and possibly a bit of oral attention to her exposed breasts. A woman who goes for lap dances will be able to ignore most of the municipal and federal laws restricting what happens in a legal lap dance, because no man is going to stop two women from doing something that turns men on.

If a woman goes into one of the many defacto brothels, she'll be on the receiving end of rude comments and basically disrespectful treatment from the 'dancers' who assume she's a prostitute coming in to steal some clients without paying the floor fees.

At least, that's the way it used to be... my experiences are fairly out of date. I stopped my occasional club trips when all the clubs worth going to turned into brothels.

The husband in TFA is a pussy or really was expecting a catfight and thought it would be awesome. He should have slugged the biatch.

My only issue with strip clubs is that some of the dancers actually want to sit down and talk to you, rather than get up and dance like they're supposed to. I know they're only trying to fleece a drink, because oh, boo-hoo they "can't afford it" despite making more money in a month than I do in a year... but if I wanted to talk to a woman instead of look at her tits, I'd talk to a man instead who might actually be able to string together a normal conversation!

/BLARGRAGAHH

Unsung_Hero 2009-11-08 06:35:36 AM
Neo-Rio-101;

They're not trying to fleece a drink. They're hustling it. They get served a virgin drink, but you pay for the alcohol that didn't go into it. They get a small kickback for each drink.

A friend of mine went to Thailand over the summer and met a Japanese business at a ping pong show. Said Japanese business man was accompanied by his wife and their teenage daughter.

Couple years ago my girlfriend (now wife) and I went to a strip club. It was a nice place but my GF was better endowed than any of the dancers. Eventually one of them got to talking to us and the following conversation occured.
Dancer "So, are those real?"
GF "Of course they are. Here, feel."
Dancer "Man, those are nice."

And no, nothing else happened, other than bringing my GF home with me.

Other guys in the club get more excited about my wife going with me than I do, but I'd guess that's because their wife or girlfriend isn't even all that tolerant of their strip club visits. It's really not that big a deal - guys like to look at naked women. It's not like you're cheating on your wife...

Took the wife to a strip club when we were both younger. One of the strippers put on a very special show for her. Whether she was doing it for fun or lust we'll never know.

If you've ever been in a strip club where they have male dancers also (Couples Night) there's a lot of excitement when the male dancers entice a female patron to strip.

I'm moderately 'homophobic' - not anti-gay, I just find homoerotic display to be anti-erotic. However, I have offered to take my wife to a male strip club because fair's fair. She has yet to take me up on it.

Spelled backwards, "Kitsap" is "Pastik", which still doesn't mean anything, but sounds like a more believable name than "Kitsap".

...Ya gotta work on the assumption that not all strippers are the most stable and reasonable people you're going to meet. Been to many strip clubs with Mrs Coast, but only after we've verified their reputation ahead of time (You can usually find pretty good reviews online with a bit of research.) The clubs here in Columbia are pretty damned good, and there's several in Myrtle Beach that are worth the drive, so as with so many things in this world it's caveat emptor.

/Remembers one visit where Mrs Coast got tipped..

Could be, but the fight went to the outside. Which means it wasn't the wife that was beating on the stripper. If it started inside, the bouncers would have been involved.

If I don't take the wife to a strip club, how is she ever going to meet subby's Mom.

(have driven past that strip club occasionally, figured the girls had to take off thier bib overalls and hiking boots before dancing)
