(670 The Score) Redskins D Coordinator and Head Coach-in-waiting Greg Blache thinks Skins owner Dan Snyder is the bestest, kindest, nicest, smartest, best-looking owner a coach could have
It's an interesting story about Dan Snyder. He doesn't know jack shiat about professional football.
Snyder made his fortune by selling over-priced travel packages for Spring Break and other popular getaways. Then when he had enough millions, he decided it would be cool to own an NFL team. The cheapest team up for sale was the Redskins.
I can't criticize the guy too much, he is a self-made millionaire, which is a lot more than I've done in life. But I would stop short of kissing the guy's ass.

The Spring Break gig was something he did when was much younger. He made his millions in the telecommunications business. Basically, he just outsourced a lot of work from what I gather. Whatever it was he must have done it brilliantly.
He's from Maryland and is a lifelong Skins fan. Skins were one of the most valuable NFL franchises when he bought it. He was originally going to be a minority owner under Howard Milstein but that deal went through and Dan collected his own merry band of investors and that's how he ended up with the team. He probably always dreamt of being where he is now.
OK, Dan Snyder is a good guy, I don't know him from Adam's house cat, so I will accept the D-Coordinator's assesment. That being said, this @$$hat has subscribed to the Peter Angelos model of ownership and has killed a franchise. Turrible owner and future Nobel Peace Prize winner..
Ive been living in the DC area for a year or so now, and recently started listening to the local sports radio. According to them, Dan Snyder sacrifices children to the Devil, eats their remains and sells his feces as Godiva choc.
Good call, there's far too many of these (and I hate Snydaer as much or more than any Farker), though it's probably a bit too late for an effective threadjack. Still, Shields is one boring farker to watch fight.
Greg Blache as head coach? If you Skin's fans think things couldn't get any worse, try Blache as your head coach. I was so happy to see this dope get sent packing years ago when he was with the Bears. With his tilted hat and glasses fallin off his face, he's a yutz.
