REAL bird food. High potency mash, probably. They get absolutely no nutrition from that millet and sunflower seed crap the pet shops sell. The birds eat it because they know no different. (It's also the reason your bird is bad tempered, he's doped up on birdy e-numbers). The chirping in the background plus the decent food leads me to believe these guys are professional breeders.
