Those soggy, mushy things they call noodles in there are definitely not a selling point.

How about they worry about how much "chicken" goes into each can.

34 feet? I'm surprised and delighted.

Bought some recently. It was completely satisfying with a grilled cheese sandwich.

Mm, mm, good.

I hate those little chicken cubes.

Progresso is my preferred soup brand.

I just made a big pot of homemade chicken noodle soup this week, so I'm really getting to kick my cold to the curb.

I remember growing up when my brother and I would share a can of chicken noodle soup, whichever one of us got the chicken cube were King for the Day...

Campbell's chicken noodle soup is in a class of its own. It cant be compared to actual chicken noodle soup because a) it doesn't have chicken in it, it has small gristly chunks of mystery meat and b) it doesn't have noodles in it, it has spongy strings.

And chicken noodle soup is incredibly easy to make. My done in 30 minutes recipe is:
Saute garlic, onion, carrots and celery in butter until soft. Add 2 cans of chicken broth and 1 can of beef broth bring to boil. While thats heating up cook chicken with fresh ground black pepper. When its at a boil, add egg noodles and boil until al dente. Add chicken and you're done.

Don't claim its the best but it tastes better than anything in a can.

I really like their creamy chicken noodle soup. I ate it all the time in college.

Campbell's may make the world's worst chicken noodle soup, but my late grandmother had a particular talent for opening the can, heating it up and somehow making it taste even worse. She couldn't boil water without scorching it.

See, you guys are having trouble appreciating Campbell's soup and it's all perception. You choose to perceive it as being crappy soup. I look at it like a really awesome condiment.

It's not great, but it (Campbell's Chicken Noodle) is the biggest selling soup in the world.

Agreed. Chicken & Stars is much better.
My wife thought I was nuts until she finally tried it.

Hey, dont diss campbells. That stuff is a staple for poor folks like me.

I like the fake won-ton ones. Basically the same as chicken noodles, except the noodle is globed around a square chunk of chicken.

I'm fine with Campbell's chicken noodle. It's cheap, fast, and vaguely edible.

Only problem I ever had with it was when my 8th grade Health teacher pointed out how much the noodles look like tapeworms.

The noodles are pretty nasty. The stars, on the other hand...

Usually, I get the Cup-a-Soup Wonton soup (doesn't even have the chunk of chicken). I never saw Campbell's before, though...

Or I could open a can of Campbells and boil it for a minute. I'm sure yours is better, but its doesn't get much easier than Campbells.
