Not sure the exact origin but the meme (This picture is shopped, I can tell from some of the pixels and from having seen quite a few shops in my life) but it pops up when:

1) Pictures that are obviously real (like the Kennedy assassination).

2) Pictures that are obviously fake.

3) Pictures that are hard to tell whether they are shopped or not.

Though I'm all for scientific analysis to combat the nutbags, they found
several alternate takes from the same roll of film which showed conclusively
proved that the picture wasn't doctored.

Scientists have this annoying habit of never saying they are 100% certain of anything (since, technically, certainty is not possible --outside of math perhaps). So, this is pretty much as close as it get's and equates to "yeah, they are real."

Who knows. While I've never doubted that Oswald shot Kennedy, I've always allowed for thr possibility that others may have been somehow involved. But after all these years? Without so much as a peep from anybody with any credibility? Without a scrap of solid evidence?

If that's true, that assumes that Oswald's rifle was handled by the police after they found it like a precious jewel, and was not accidentally bumped or manhandled in any way that made the scope go out of alignment. If you have proof of that, I'd be interested in seeing it.
