As a bounus, he had a techno-bable line to boot!

Yeah, but he didn't save the ship in the process, so it's kind of a wash.

I didn't know he played Zod in Big Bang.

It's a little known bit of trivia that I am making up here and now that Al Gore played Jabba the Hutt in the first trilogy.

Well, that's pretty epic right there.

I just came in to make a witty comment that would attract the attention of a humungous movie star that would say hello to a nobody like me that lives in fly-over country.

Unfortunately, I can't think of anything witty to say and have too hard of time acting like a dick.

Very cool, Wil! And way to keep a secret from the Farknoscenti.

I knew that was him, playing the role of corrugated tubing next to the actor who said something about igniting the red matter!

How long did it take to get into tube makeup, Wil?

I'm here to yell about the continuality error that Wesley Crusher was in a different era and could not have been a Romulan. This is an outrage against Star Trek fans.

Crown_of_Shoes 2009-11-05 12:16:15 PM
Yeah, but he was also in the Sulu-chair spot on the first Enterprise-class ship in the first scene, right?

Oh, that wil. First he kisses Ashley Judd, then he warns about igniting the red matter.

Is it true Wheaton signed a deal for 50% of the ST net proceeds in exchange for that gig?

limeyfellow 2009-11-05 12:22:22 PM
Not only that, he was in a Starfleet dress uniform to boot, even though he dropped out of Starfleet in the episode Journey's End. What was that all about?

/feels a little bit nerdy.
//Needs to get laid but his wife says not tonight.

SwingingJohnson: Is it true Wheaton signed a deal for 50% of the ST net proceeds in exchange for that gig?

Don't be insane.
He signed for 75%.
Momma Wheaton didn't raise no fool.

mrEdude 2009-11-05 12:22:30 PM
Wheaton showing up on TNG was a sure sign the series was farked.

Like when they added Scrappy Doo to Scooby Doo.

With all respect and best wishes to Wil, it was still a stupid movie and nearly everything I've seen from J.J. Adams has been pretty bad. Excellent production values. Except for the script.

Wheaton wore a lot of make-up like that on his recent Family Guy appearance.

Could barely recognize him.

maybe they'll stick Shatner's rug in the next one

Because the tag is quite useful as a dipshiat detector. Every Wil thread someone new comes in and whines about him having his own tag.

Congratulations. You're today's dipshiat.

There's lot of celebrities here. Like me for instance. You might remember me from such educational films as:

Pointy things: How to keep them out of your eyes.

and

Shoelaces: Learn to tie them in only 90 minutes!

2/10. It would have been 3/10 except you intentionally misspelled Abrams.

You are fail.

My lawsuit vs Abrams is still pending for the blindness it caused me.
