Cease to resist, holding my nose tight
Bury my face into a pillow
You'll think I dealt it, but I just smelt it
On a wave of flatulation

I was walkin' against the wind
I was constantly trapped in an invisible box
Expect only little tips
they told me, he swears
Tryin' to talk to me, mute boy.

Where is my mime[3x]

Weird Al looks like the kind of guy that would buy me a soda and try to molest me in the parking lot.

That is a pretty sad state of affairs, when Flea is also on the billing but gets glossed over in the details for Weird Al.

...but Weird Al is like a genius or something, man. Have you seen him live? He is so much more than a satirist. More than half of his songs are originals! That is the mark of a true artist.

I do own Bad Hair Day and Running With Scissors, but you'd think the article would mention a little bit more about Flea.

Captain Lou

(I'm not writing lyrics, just imagine "Captain Lou" sung instead of Caribou, okay?)

I was thinking of Sissy Spacek guest-starring in a video of "Carrie Blew".

Flea is going to play bass with them. What more do you need to know?

Moran.

Outside theres a sandbox waiting
Outside theres two dozen men
Outside their lubing up now
Outside their fire groowwww
I feel a nervous knocking
I see two dozen moving hands
outside there's a sandbox bed
Bury me except my head
And this will take so long (So long so long)
two dozen men take soo looooong
Bukake on Dan
Buakake on Dan
Bukakee on Dan!

(I know Weird Al would never do something this crass, but this is what I sing esp when Dan is around)

from distant star
to this here bar
the me, the you
where are we now?
horray the blues
of everyone
allison

keeps a smile
around a while
he took no fright
and jettisoned
we'll go tonight
to hear him tell
"oh well"
allison
allison

and when the planet hit the sun
i saw the face of allison
allison
allison

I feel the same way about the Pixies.

If Flea is on bass, where's Kim Deal?

The Pixies without Kim Deal are not The Pixies.

//Do you want to hear Flea handle "Gigantic"?
///DO YOU?!?!?!?!?

Ah, yes, the songs Al didn't do, but people insist he did.

/saw him live three times, and he does the most awesome show I've ever seen!

i don't think anyone is seriously suggesting that weird al covered a bunch of random pixies songs. i would however posit that you probalby haven't seen a lot of quality shows.

that is a valid point. i have not, and i concede that weird al may indeed be the best that live music entertainment has to offer. i still have my doubts though.

Supported. Al is incredible. And like any true artist, it isn't just about the music but the entire performance and the entertainment factor of it. It's non-stop energy and hilarity.

Also supported. The man does an incredible show, and the backing musicians are AMAZING. I'd happily go see him live again.
