Meh, just swiveling around in a circle like that wouldn't be worth the cost of the damn machine. If a woman sat on it, she'd just move with the whole setup and nothing would really be accomplished.

lol sometimes I make a similar motion (although not quite as drastically) when I've been sitting for a long time, feels great when your back is sore. This chair is stupid though.
