For some reason, linky isn't working for me, but 24 Hour Party Party People", "Dazed and Confused", "Trainspotting" and "Kids" all had great soundtracks.
/Trainspotting is one of my fave movies, fave books, and fave soundtracks so they get extra points from me
I'm not sure it's fair to such a list to include movies that were more or less musicals, or had the music as their main focus. I think Footloose walks a grey line there, but Hedwig and the Angry Inch is too much.
Also, it is criminally negligent that nothing by Micheal Mann is on the list.

But anyway, list blows as usual. Its just arbitrary selections. And IMO, SNATCH had an OUTSTANDING sdtk, and it wasnt on the list.

I don't recall the "Judgment Night" soundtrack being very good. A lot of the rap/rock collaborations didn't turn out that well.
"The Saint" soundtrack was a good sample of early 90s electronica.
If "Spinal Tap" is on the list, then so should "Fear of a Black Hat."

That's because those are scores, and deserve their own category.

Also, There Will Be Blood. The glorious, weird, weird music of There Will Be Blood. Ravenous also falls into this category.
