(New York Daily News) New gloves allow people to use touchscreen phones, devices without taking them off. Dialing wand for fat-fingered folk sold separately
"Hold on, let me see how to get there with the GPS on my phone. Also, I'll read reviews of the place and check my e-mail too because this 3 X 5 thin square also has access to all the world's information. Then we can go there and take pictures with the same dev . . devic . . . device . . why isn't it working?" "Take off your gloves" "OH F*CK THIS shiat! WHAT AN INCONVENIENCE!"
When I use my touch screen I do it in one hand with my the corner of my thumb next to the nail. So I just need to get a bit of conductive yarn for my gloves, thank guys.
If these fools failed to get their patents some glove maker is going to make a mint with "iPhone compatible gloves".

"Jeremy Horwitz, editor of iLounge, a Web site that covers Apple devices, said the fingertips on DOTS gloves aren't as effective as an ungloved hand.
"These tips are able to activate the key icon-sized features of the iPhone and iPod touch - turning on music, changing tracks and adjusting volume - but offer too little precision for typing," he told the Daily News. "
I don't know about this guy, but the last time I tried to type with gloves on didn't work out so well (non-iPhone). I imagine typing on a full size keyboard could also be problematic.
HAHAHA suckers! My Voyager doesn't care what you touch the screen with. You also have to slide your finger to unlock the iPhone! All i have to do is put pressure on the corner with my ass. As a matter of fact I am ass-dialing someone right now! Stupid Apple products!!
My birthed got me a pair of gloves for my birthday because they were sold out for Christmas last year. They work pretty well. I DRTFA but I don't see anything new here.

but, this is a brilliant idea, for a good price (the gloves aren't $50), and actually useful.
Nice job, american entrepreneurs.

But where I live it gets so cold in winter that you just can't use electronic devices outside anyway, making this invention somewhat useless.
