I don't get the hate for brats (I use the term 'hate' loosely here); they are awesome sausages! Boiled in beer then grilled - mmmmmm!

I never thought about a pizza, but I have always wanted to try to make a Sonoran hot dog with a brat; regular hot dogs are good Sonoran-style, but I would think a brat would push it over the edge, personally.

A kind of Mexican-German fusion recipe, if you will...

Back in 1995, Domino's was running a farking awesome special... Any size, any number of toppings, $8.00 I think. My platoon had just come back from some training and one of the guys ordered one with triple cheese and meat. Thing weighed a ton but after 2 weeks of scarfing MRE's and T-Rats, I swear our tongues were having orgasms.

I put brats and even knackwurst in my spaghetti meat sauce.
