Perhaps they're simply collapsing in on themselves.

Like short, fat, hungry neutron stars.

So now only a third of them will be fatties, well that's okay then.

How do you predict child obesity for the coming years, and what makes the difference between current and previous predictions? To me it sounds like someone just got told not to make insane extrapolations / not to pull out numbers from their big fat asses.

oh boy, doritos thread!!!!

spicy sweet chili are alright...late night taco=flavors i never thought a chip could contain!

one important question...anyone know where i can obtain non-american dorito flavors? last time i was in the netherlands (late-2004) i got some green chili flavored doritos and they were INCREDIBLE! i've never seen them since.

recently tried some garlic parm. chips a coworker had...can't remember the brand, but they were very yummy.

I've been making nachos with Doritos, Cool Ranch mostly.
They're great when heated with cheese melted all over them.
My aorta is pissed at me, but oh well.

ummm, yeah, just because a person occassionally enjoys some doritos does not mean he eats them constantly. honestly chips had very little to do with my fattiness...it's more from eating seconds (and sometimes thirds) of regular meals

They have some cool different flavors in Mexico, like Toro and Diablo. For awhile you could buy them in the US but I haven't seen them lately.

If food manufacturers would take responsibility for the stuff they put in their products, obesity wouldn't be as rampant. It should be up to our government to regulate the items placed on store shelves so as to stop this..ahem..."growing" problem in this country.

Me three. My mind is blown. Had no idea that was a girl.

Also, about the fat kids, I'd say we've reached a saturation point. It's just not possible for their to be any more fat kids. I also call bullshiat on those percentages (for the UK and US both). Way more kids are overweight than that.

It's not that you're being force fed, it's that you're not being told about all the bad stuff that is in those snacks. You have to think of those that are incapable of deciphering the ingredients in food. That is why it should be up to the powers that be to ensure that all the yucky stuff doesn't hit store shelves, and then infiltrate our unknowing bodies.

Why do you hate government? Why are you afraid of such regulations? Do you work for the snack companies?
