See, it's not that I find that depressing, it's more pathetic than anything. What's really depressing is that they still headline major festivals, as if the youngsters of today can't tell the difference between Jello Biafra and Bon farkin Jovi.

For crying out loud, the Sex Pistols never really took themselves seriously. The whole point was that it was all a joke. The whole point of the entire punk movement was that it was a joke.

I never really cared about them one way or the other until they rejected the rock'n'roll hall of fame invitation letter by sending it back covered in piss, but then re-recorded Anarchy for farking guitar hero.
