(USA Today) Dumbass
Note to all aspiring NFL Quarterbacks: 14/22 for 109 yards no touchdowns and one interception is now a "good job."

That's not a good job for an NFL quarterback, that's a good job for an Oakland Raiders quarterback. When nobody else will work for Al Davis, that's the best you can expect.

We'd be hoisting the guy on our shoulders if he was a Cleveland QB...

Subby leaves out the interception and the fumble.

Hey, he got more yards and as many touchdowns as the whole Miami offense yesterday.

Of course, they won.

I love this kid and I love Al Davis for signing him. Never die Al. Or at least never decompose.

Why do you have to be so negative, man?

TFA: "I thought he did some really good things that way today," Oakland head coach Tom Cable said...

...and then he promptly turned around and punched his secretary in the face.

But he raised his QB rating to 48.3.

My grandmother could get a 48.3. And she's been dead for 20 years.

Try the waitress, tip your veal.

I have to admit, I have not seen the Browns play offense this year. The few times I've flipped over to a Browns game they were playing defense. Does Derek Anderson look as inept as Jamarcus? I know his rating is worse, but does it seem like it?

It's hard to be a Raiders fan.

The problem here is obviously the coaching staff. Al Davis has provided this team with top-notch receivers, one of the best offensive lines in the NFL, and a QB that would be a multiple-Superbowl MVP on any other team. All the coaches this decade though have stubbornly clung to their outdated, ineffective methods and rebelled against Mr. Davis out of sheer spite and jealousy. If they can ever find the right coach that will just listen and use the tools given to him, the dynasty will be reborn and the path to the Lombardi Trophy will run through Oakland once again.

I was at Giants Stadium a few weeks ago when the Raiders came to play.

Well SOME of them came to play. Not that fat piece of crap they have at QB. He's dreadful.

/as are the Jints the past few weeks, I know, I know.

//believe me, I KNOW.

He doesn't have the explosively spectacular ability to fail that Russel has. He is much more subtle about his suckage, such as a string of dropped passes and throw aways, with the occasional sack for a modest loss. Not terrible individually, but horrific when taken in aggregate.

The fact that the Defense is ALWAYS on the field didn't tip you off?

DA in the first half this sunday:
3 and out, 3 and out, 3 and out, 1 and out (Thanks DA), 3 and out (fumbled the hand off after a 1st down)

It's a good thing Richard Seymour is making a pile of money to play for the Raiders. Otherwise I might feel bad for him.

You see parents. This is what happens to your snowflake when they finally reach the top with your "everybody wins" attitudes.

He actually thinks he was good in a loss. You lost. By definition this means you were not good enough.
