God damn Sicilian cat mafia. It's gotten worse since they let the catto-di-tutti-catty out of the kennel. Signor Whiskers is a menace.

I remember forging my boss's signature at one of those temp agencies to receive 3 months of back pay when I was about 19. Not very trustworthy, but it was worth $1200, I guess. The same agency called me for work a couple days later and I just laughed and hung up.

What? Was I not supposed to do that?

Well, at least the lingerie football league ad to the right of the article looks interesting.

Am I crazy, or did they say the problem was the handwriting didn't match that of the original will written on the dog collar?

Ahh, typical speedy Italian justice system. The guy dies in 2004, the dog collar will shows up a few months later and the judge finally issues a ruling in 2009.

Oh well, as Ebert pointed out, there's some other more interesting stuff on the right -- lingerie football and body painting.

You can make a holographic will on just about any surface on which you can write. The dog collar really has nothing to do with it. I've seen cases in which the will was written on the wood in the bottom of a dresser drawer. The only problem with this will is that the handwriting wasn't in the decedant's handwriting.

Headline estates-law fail.

FTFA - A court ruled Friday that the handwriting on the collar was not Russo's. The employee was ordered to pay the cost of the five years of legal battles.

It took five years to figure THIS out?

"Members of Russo's family say Delos vanished in late 2004, the apparent victim of a kidnapping."

Sicilian? Check.
Businessman? Check.
Mysterious Disappearance? Check.

Someone might want to look for receipts from a hardware store..possibly for a bucket, and 25-50 lbs of cement..
