That's because the Red Hot Chili Peppers used up the entire monthly quota for music industry stupidity this month by saying their next album was inspired by Radiohead. Hannibal Lechter would literally have to stir-ry and eat 48% of Corgan's brain before Billy could match, much less surpass, that level of stupid.
Corgan's a very talented musician / artist who did a lot of good work. Somewhere around... 2002 maybe? He vanished up his own asshole. Kind of a shame.
Corgan has begun work on a behemoth of a project called Teargarden by Kaleidyscope, a 44-song album that Corgan will release piecemeal as he completes the songs.
Not sure how I feel about that.
I used to love Smashing Pumpkins...now...not so much. At least the new stuff anyway.

Indeed. I still 'air drum' to Geek U.S.A on occasion, although I've come close to suffering a prolapsed anus in doing so.
Um...The Tear Garden are already a band (Edward Ka-Spel of The Legendary Pink Dots and cEvin Key of Skinny Puppy, in fact). Kind of an on again/off again thing, but still...
Excuse me, but i prefer to let Big Pharma vaccine makers and the CDC/FDA who are in their pocket form my perception of what swine flu is or isn't ... not Billy Corgan, thank you very much.
Adult celebrities, when given a forum to express themselves, often express themselves just as eloquently as the rest of us - Yet we worship these people, give them money, and continue to urge them on.
Actually the supposition that H1N1 is man-made isn't that far off the mark. It's just not the conspiracy theory that the morons make it out to be.
I've read it's rather strongly suspected that H1N1 evolved out of vaccination attempts on pigs during the Spanish Flu epidemic after the First World War. Inject dead or slightly-not-dead samples of the original badass influenza, give it a century or so to mutate, and voila: H1N1.

I do not trust those who make the vaccines
If the virus comes to take me Home, that is between me and the Lord
That's from the article. Going from his actual blog...
I would suggest however that it is possible the virus is not a naturally occurring virus
So you have a situation here where you can examine your own Mind-Body-Soul power staring in the face of Death itself.
So I'm counting at least five.
