As a teenager, I worked in many, many fast food restaurants and got to know how they handle, prepare and serve food.

I won't eat at single one of them anymore ... except Chick-fil-A; even considering their overly strong Christian values and mild homophobia.

Couple weeks ago, on a Sunday drive in MS, a friend had to stop to try to get a picture of a lone rooster wandering through the parking lot of a closed Chik-Fil-A. No luck, which is too bad, it would have been my Festivus Card this year.

We used to have them here, but when the malls insited all stores be open the same schedule, they pulled out rather than be forced to operate on Sunday.

I look for them when I travel to other states. And I always put the cole slaw ON the sandwich, as God intended.
