I found two. One in MD and one in MA. Not sure I want to go have beers with my douchenozzle self yet. Or if they're the same.

My first marriage was to a guy with the same first initial and same last name. No, we were not related. My aunt married a guy with the same 2 initials and same last name. Not related. Her daughter married a guy with the same last name as her mother's maiden name. Not related.

One source of confusion for my son was the multiple uncles with the same first and last names.

We seem to show a singular lack of imagination in adding new names to the family tree.
