Because "female circumcision" may involve only the removal of the clitoral hood, but frequently involves a lot more, such as removal of the entire clitoris and part of the labia minor, or infibulation (removing all external genitalia and sewing the vagina nearly shut). If they were doing that to boys, it would have been outlawed a long time ago.

The foreskin does serve a purpose. Several actually. It protects the head of the penis from drying out (the head of an intact penis is as smooth as the inside of someone's lips). During sex it reduces friction while providing more surface area. And it has many many nerve endings identical to the ones most men would never want removed from their current dicks.

But just because you're happy without a foreskin doesn't mean the foreskin is useless or that you'd be any less happy if did have one.

I am a woman who enjoys sex period. I've spent fairly equal time with both types in long-term relationships, the long term numbers being three cut men and two uncut men, so my experience has included slightly more cut men than uncut. This doesn't include anybody I haven't had at least a year of sexual contact with, and not the people I had happy, brief sexual relationships with, though they were pretty educational as well. I also have spent a period of time studying sexual health. I don't claim to be an expert, but the experts I've had in my classes (all range of men and women) are in agreement that the extra nerve endings of uncut males do actually lead to the orgasm going "deeper" into the body, making it closer to a full-body reaction than something that happens between the nipples and the knees.
