FYI the foreskin sorta recedes a bit when you're ready to go and rolls back and forth during sex, it's not like it's fixed and covers the head totally or constantly. The converse I've heard is that having it constantly exposed to the rubbing of your clothes desensitizes it over time.

Here in the UK the default is to keep the foreskin on, and circumcision is seen as very much a Jewish thing.

Thus as someone who is totally intact, I can personally attest that the foreskin is full of sexual nerves and is very much part of my sexual experience.
