First, for many of these, "star" is overstating it considerably.
Second, some of these people looked like shiat before they ever got work done (ie, Jackie Stallone), so it's debatable as to what extent any procedures jacked them up.
Third, whoever did that to Nikki Cox's face should be arrested. She used to be hot.

Add me to the list of people who don't understand why anyone thinks fake bulbous lips look good. And sometimes when they're not fake, they don't look good. On Angelina Jolie = yeah, those are hot. On Mick Jagger = fark no, never were.
