I think that the inmates of a women's prison should be able to get paid for making porn, with pay based on their attractiveness and how hot their performances are... as judged by me.

We can then supply this porn (after making copies for me, of course) at no additional cost to the inmates of men's prisons. Just because a guy's locked up for murder or something doesn't mean you give him 10 years of blue balls. That's cruel and unusual punishment.

A friend of mine who's a public defender (appellate division) says that fried baloney day is the most popular of all days in the prison where most of his clients are incarcerated.

pornography is classified as "contraband" just like cigarrettes, alcohol, drugs, etc. Does that mean prisoners don't get their hands on it? (no pun intended) No. Should they have access to it? I don't think so.

Reason one: Yes, rape is USUALLY a crime of control, not of sex, but not always. Providing prisoners with sexual stimulation could therefore potentially increase sexual assaults in the prison environment (and yeah, I know, many would say "so what?")

Reason two: Porn is something many people enjoy. People in prison have earned their exclusion from society, have lost their freedom, and therefore don't get access to things that "many people enjoy." Don't give them HBO. Don't give them gourmet meals. Don't give them a beer when they want one. Don't give them "Barely Legal."

Reason three: Some people in prison are there because of sex-related crimes, not necessarily rape. Many correctional facilities employ male and female correctional officers. If Inmate #345-997 is there in part because he also abused women, giving him direct or indirect access to porn, that threatens the safety of female correctional officers, psychological and admin staff, medical staff, etc. Even if you say "ok, only those who are in for non-sex related crime get to look at boobies," there's no way to control that.
