Does he teach you how to steal other peoples parking spaces and claim the intersection when it's not your turn?

I watched Mind of Mencia.

Once.

Race jokes get old.

IonBeam2 2009-07-11 07:12:59 PM
You may not believe this, but the first time he was ever on Comedy Central sometime in 2001 he had a standup routine that was actually kind of humorous.

We've been doing this in San Bernardino county for years, I'm actually going to one pretty soon to get a traffic ticket off my record.

If I were to be instructed by Carlos Mencia, I would probably tell him he was annoying, and start cracking numerous Mexican jokes on him. That guy must be borderline retarded.

Shrugging Atlas 2009-07-11 07:16:15 PM
Since when does Carlos Mencia qualify as a comic?

Ned Holness. Honduran and German.

I live in Orange County, and I'm pretty sure the last time I signed up for traffic school (about 1 yr ago) i saw about 7 different advertisements for comedy traffic school and pizza traffic school. I went to the one in Newport because I knew there would be hotter girls than Huntington.

wrenchboy 2009-07-11 07:40:08 PM
Well I read TFA, didnt see anything about that beaner teaching traffic school.

It is however an interesting concept. Having someone who can teach the rules of the road and keep me from falling asleep.
(went to traffic school myself on a stupid ticket)

Was so boring I wanted to set myself on fire just to get out of there.

Now what qualification does one need to teach traffic sschool anyway??

Lots of haters in this thread - I think Carlos is funny and I don't care if he stole his material (who did he steal it from and why aren't they entertaining me instead? whoever it is should blame their agent).

At least the Denis Leary haters can tell me who he stole his jokes from and here's something for you Hicks fans to chew on - maybe Leary told those jokes better.

I'm not real clear on the law here, but apparently we cannot take a defensive driving class and you know what? I think that's a good idea. The classes are bullshiat and you don't learn anything anyway - it's like a get-out-of-your-ticket-for-half-price if you're willing to sit through it.

And the last 2 times I took a defensive driving class to get out of a ticket, I did it online (even though there were "comedy classes" available). I logged in, I paid 20% attention and aced them. I also drank the whole time. The last one I took was great - There were about 20 questions left, but I knew I could flunk every single one of them and still pass.

The biggest hassle was the idiot clerk at the court who could not calculate the number of days I had to fulfill the requirement of taking defensive driving and go without a ticket. She was just another civil servant who didn't speak English - at least Carlos Mencia has mastered the language.

yes comedy driving schools are not new...first i really heard of one was a few years ago on king of the hill they had chris rock as a driving school instructor.

a few months ago i took an online course with comedydefensivedriving.com and it was silly...animated with a bunch of bad celebrity impressions (of walken, ben stein, joe pesci, etc). wonder if the in-class with a comedian version would've been better...?

Joe Rogan has called him out numerous times, with facts backing it (Rogan can be a douche too, but not a thieving douche). He has been punched in the face by George Lopez for using an exact bit from him. Mencia is a comedy cancer, plain and simple.

But about the online courses, THIS. It's easy as hell. I would copy and paste the whole articles we were supposed to pay attention to, ctrl+f when the tests came up, and made a 100 like it was nothing. The only thing that sucks is I procrastinate taking the online one until the last minute.

kakaPoo: Your thought process, it is not focused.

Oh yeah?

I think I'm very focused. After I finish the beer I'm currently drinking I'm going downstairs to get another one. And then I'll repeat the process until I either pass out or all the beer is gone, but I've played this game a few times and I've learned that I hate running out of beer, so I guarantee you I'll pass out before I run out of beer. How much more focused than that do you expect me to be?

Oh, and that's a really nice potato growing out of your head.

I'd like to see Don Rickles teach it. He probably tell the people that you're better off not having a license because your mother might accidentally mistake you for a John and wave you to her corner.
