What I would like to see is /b/tards and Paultards try to flood the same internet poll.

Wow, TheScreenSavers...man that is going BACK in time.

Holy sheepshiat!

And who could forget the infamous CAT SCHWARTZ MOMENT!?

I was laughing the whole day!

"In June 2003 Schwartz became the subject of a stir in the Internet community when it was discovered that at least two cropped photographs of herself she had posted on her personal blog contained hidden Exif thumbnail images clearly showing her bared breasts, because the program she used to edit them, Photoshop, did not create replacement thumbnails. [3]"

HAHHAA NEWB!

from the comments:
Ernest, all four posts for 'Drew Curtis' are from new members who joined today. Three comments were posted within a twenty minute window. Either it's one guy with four identities, or he got his MyWaste 'buddies' to help him.

You just got Farked!

Those guys might be cabinet members in the JEFFK administration, but that's it.

LeviathanFafner: LONG LIVE Leo LaPorte!

Hell yeah. Leo is a freaking madman when it comes to the internet, and I think electing him 'president' would be a great honor. We can look at all the people who have built programs or ran companies that built programs, but it says something about a man who makes it his role on Earth to spread the love of the Internet and bring new people into the fold. As an IT person of seven years now, I could never do what Leo does and as well.

He deserves the honor.

Steven Colbert, without question.

Presidents don't have to have to know much about their job (Bush), don't have to have any prior experience in the field (Eisenhower), have a good sense of humor and sarcasm (Obama), and don't have to really pay any attention to the job while they are there (Carter) and focus on other things.

I'll always remember Leo for something he's probably long forgotten. Back in 1996 I published one of the early web magazines, which Leo first saw at an industry event. He just flipped at what I'd done on my dining room table, and after that meeting, went out of his way to promote me and connect me with people who would give me exposure. Through his thumbs up, I ended up getting on MSNBC as the Site of the Week, a Kim Kommando promo, and a feature on CNN. I will never forget his encouragement and generosity of spirit. He did me a real solid.

I first heard about Drew/Fark on Leo's ZDTV Tech show. I was taking a intro. to basic computers class at the Springfield, Or. Senior Citizen Center. This was about 7 years ago. So, my loyalty to either is challenged. Also, I have suffered tremendously since.

By the way...STAY OFF MY LAWN.

I wonder what else was in Doctor Jan Itor's post that got it deleted.

Leo Laporte is fine as a relatively knowledgable talk-show engineer. but *president*?!?
we're going to need someone better.
you know, for all the Wil fellating around here, from what I've seen re: internet savvy, he wouldn't be all that bad a candidate. heck - reagan, schwarzeneger, franken, et al. (+alec baldwin soon enough?) all sailed right into politics...

we need to stop fixating on people that have the qualifications, and focus on how looks and talks good. they'll tell us what we need to know - and we need to STFU & trust them.

duh.

Easy to understand why Drew supports Leo, as I do as well. He helped the popularity of Fark way back in 99' by featuring Fark on the Sreensavers show. aaaah, Tech TV . . . how we do miss thee . . .
