This. There is no such tort in law. However, people are forgetting something: One of the WBC's more recent tactics, now that they are famous and the media picks up every story about them, is to threaten to show up at places where they have no actual intention of doing so. They get the same bang-to-the-buck, without the risk or effort.
I will be VERY surprised if they actually come to L.A. - this is enemy territory, and there is no way they would be safe here.

I know how you feel, but that's like saying you don't want to give your kid a shot becuase it would tramatize them. Sometimes, they need a little pain to get them on the right track.
