Ugh.

I've always hated the "wisecracking sidekick who offers nothing of value to the plot," and Donkey is pretty much the ultimate expression of that. The Shrek movies were good despite donkey's presence, not because of it.

Just saw Up yesterday - the damned theater had problems and there were intermittant scratchy marks on the screen the whole time. Drive me nuts. Couldn't leave though - the kids were into it so I toughed it out ;^)...

you noob, Dreamworks fired shots across Disney/Pixar's bow the whole movie long - e.g. notice the characters that got rounded up by Farquaad?....... nice - i almost fell for that! 7/10.

I wonder when my kids will realize what Farquaad means. That name always (quietly) cracked me up. I wonder how many empty suits/lawyers fretted over that name...

beats me.... Just off the top of my head - she was hilarious in Grosse Pointe Blank & School Of Rock. In the latter, she pretty much made the movie watchable for me. There's a bunch of other movies I liked her in too...
