It should have been made of limburger since it was depicting the greatest killer of Americans in the history of our country. What could have been handled diplomatically he handled with a war which was kept fueled by his arrogance and pride. I guess he really is cheesy..stinky cheesy.

Nursenut: So what do they do with the cheese after the 4th?

Send it to the Senate for approval, then they spread it across the USA. Go Obama.

Ask Mexico to make a statue of Benito Juarez out of tortillas, and melt the cheddar Abraham Lincoln on top of it after the festivities.

I have never understood the fascination of making statues and the like from various food items (butter, cheese, chocolate). Aside from the obvious waste of food...I am just not "wowed" by it.

Im talking to you Mr Ace of Cakes folk!!! Wow, look at me roll out some gum paste and nasty fondant!!! WO!!!!!! Yeah, it takes some fine skill, but at the end of the day, Im just like...meh...

Where is this place?

That is like 5 minutes from my apartment. It's just south of Dayton, OH on I-75 in Monroe. I have to see that hulking monstrosity everytime I want to go somewhere. It's by the Church of the Holy Offering Plate, or as they like to call it, Solid Rock Church.

Ok. I thought I'd seen it before. I was on my way back to Cincinnati from Cleveland and saw that place. I have also seen it on the Solid Rock Church commercials and a few times on FARK but wasn't sure where exactly I had seen it in person.

is there a matching samurai sword made of cheese?

It's 6'-8" including the top hat. Life size would be 6'-8" PLUS the top hat.

/I hate all these Lincoln impersonators who are not even 6' tall.
// Would you accept a 5'-3" Michael Jordon as life size? I think not.
