1. get up one hour earlier every day 2. right away in the morning, before you eat breakfast drink a huge glass of water, and work out for 30-45 minutes 3. then eat breakfast and have lunch whatever you want 6 oz steak or any meat, potatoes, rice, whatever. 4. After noon, do not eat any bread, or junkfood / processed food, or pizza, or soda pop. But eat 6 oz of meat and reasonable amount of some healthy carbohydrate like oatmeal or rice. Eat a healthy, reasonable size meal (one helping -- in other owrds, half a resturaunt meal) -- every four hours. 5. Do not consume more than 100 grams of sugar a day. 6. go to bed two hours earlier than normal every day
