Sotomayor made a racist comment once, a statement that if it had been made by a White man about Latina women, would be more than sufficient to destroy any chance of ever being appointed to more than dog catcher of a small town.

It should come as no surprise that she makes choices based not on law, or what is actually 'fair', but based on the ridiculous and arbitrary social justice system. In Sotomayor's world, it's perfectly fine to not promote white men that passed a test if black men failed that test.

Can we have a "Coulter" tag so I don't waste my time reading her hateful, facist BS?

There are just some sites you should never click on: Town Hall, World Net Daily, Real Clear Politics, Little Green Footballs, and WSJ Online when it's a politics link. You'll feel better.

Right.... just stick to Daily Kos, The Nation, and Media Matters and bathe in the Kool-aid.

And yet this case is a perfect example of her upholding the defined precedent and not reinterpreting law in an activist way. It's the SC ruling that ruled on this based on the 'social justice' implications for the white firefighters.

Are you saying that you disagree with the SC decision in this case, that the town had every right to pass over the white firefighters? You really need to decide what it is that you want.
