I can think of seven off the top of my head, but the point is not that there isn't a law specifically banning Bestinecrophilic Sodomy within x feet of a school, but that there IS a law making incest a felony. It's retarded.

Yes. I find it extremely problematic that people who were raised together in a family as siblings or almost-siblings would develop a sexual relationship, even if they are not related by blood. I'm not sure if that's an instinctive reaction related to the fear of genetic abnormality or just the desire to preserve the basic familial social structure, which obviously would be significantly, and I think negatively, altered by there being a sexual relationship between the children or between a parental figure and child.

Or: when I think of a family unit, I think of [parent/guardian figure(s)] (gender or sexual orientation irrelevant) + children. And nobody gets it on in this social unit. Because that would f*ck everything up, pun sort of intended.

basic familial social structure.... this is the argument against gays. and it doesnt hold water. the only argument the government should have to interfere in incest is when there is intent to produce children or have produced children. producing children in an incestuous relationship is blatantly negligent and most likely to produce a burden on the state.

What two consenting adults do behind closed doors is NOT the governments business. feel free to ostracize them tho, just remember people feel the same way about gays.
