No. It'll never happen. In fact, it will probably make things worse. If the female knows that she faces serious jail time for a false accusation, she'll stick with her story no matter what. If there was precedent for biatches going to prison and being put on the sex offender registry I would have to argue the amount of false accusations would fall. Even if you include only this one offender, had she been treated in this way, the followup 2 (that we know of) offenses would not have happened. Furthermore proof is often easy to furnish, let's not forget the Duke thing, or the Kobe thing, and of course the list goes on. It is a problem because there is NO punishment. There is NOTHING to lose, and everything to gain. If you take away that sort of imbalance, the world starts making sense again.

I think what you guys are looking for is a civil suit from the former suspect against the lying whore. I'm not sure of the law there, but I would think he would have a pretty good case for defamation and slander. He should at LEAST get every penny he spent in his own defense back, plus mental anguish. He's gonna need the money since I'm sure his ex-wife's gonna get quite a bit of his for years to come.

The only problem with filing a civil suit is that getting a judgmen against her means little if you don't have a means of getting money out of her.
