When I was 14 I took a girl scout trip there, and out Girl Scout leader was an absolute biatch the whole time. We had to bike everywhere, and she failed to realize that the Youth Hostel was MILES from the beach, and that food was not provided, so we had to bike to the grocery and then cook it.

All of that would have been ok, if I hadn't taken a header over my bike handles, scraping all the skin off of my face, right shoulder and both knees. Have you ever tried to go into the ocean with recently scraped skin? Hurts like a motherfarker.

In conclusion, Martha's Vineyard sucks, and Obama is opening up a childhood trauma for me.
