Anyway, if you don't know that you are probably a lot younger than me. Didn't your "Grand Pappy" tell you that when there was thunder and rain even though the sun was shining that it was evidence that the devil was beating his wife?

There's at least two weird things about this: 1) The idea that the devil is married and rain in the sunshine happens because of ANYTHING he did. 2) Since the sunshower doesn't happen very often, apparently the devil isn't nearly as bad as you would expect. He doesn't really beat his wife very often. I know even once is out of line, but you would probably expect fairly frequent evil wife-beatings from "The Prince Of Darkness", wouldn't you?
