Something's up with the key here...maybe the video's sped up or something. Normally it's in the key of G, but this is in G#. Ok I'll see myself out.

I find it odd that George Lopez once called this song "The Chicano National Anthem" When the band 'War' was based in California and was made up up mostly black Americans. I think there might have been one Hispanic guy in the band, but he didn't do much, maybe he played the harmonica or something.

But then I looked up some info on George Lopez and I see he was born and raised in So Cal, so now it all makes sense.

Ok...that was wonderful. I love Eric Burden and the Animals.
I frequently lay on the floor in front of my record player with my headphones on and listen to The Animals.

Low Rider is also great...awesome groove.

Saw Eric Burdon at the Zephyr in SLC in the early 90s. Amazing show. One of the best I've ever seen. Guy's got "it" whatever "it" is.
