The satire tag surrenders?

Does it need to be funny to be considered satire? One could make the argument that unfunny satire is asinine, hence the tag is most appropriate.

I must be missing why this was put in the music category.

It actually had me excited for a second. This would be an awesome story if it were true. I was wondering up until:

law enforcement has been unable to capture Doty, because of his invulnerability to Tasers.
