Her opinion is that Hispanic people are better than white men. This make her a bigot. When and if a white man is sitting in her front of her she is going to have a biased opinion. If a hispanic is sitting in front of her she will have a biased opinion. She would never be called for jury duty having made that statement. Bias is bias. Can not make a ruling if your going to have biased opinions.

I'm more inclined to believe the same. I will give Weaver the benefit of the doubt. It has been such a loudly blasted talking point from every corner of the right that it even moderately neutral observers can forget to fact-check. But this one is way, way wrong and needs to stop now.
