It's funny to look at the full list of artists that played Woodstock and see all these groups that just disappeared into the mists of time.

I mean, who the fark is the "Keef Hartley Band"?

I guess they may as well try to milk a few more dollars form the old "Woodstock" thing.

Reminds me of the "Eagles" how many final concerts and reunions have they had now anyhow?

PS, if they didn't know who Keef Hartly was then they probably don't know who John Mayall is.

it's a better idea than the Woodstock '09 (!) show some gaggle of crackheads were thinking about putting together a few months ago, at least.

Janis Joplin was so wasted that it is worthless to release this shiat other than trying to make money I guess.

I want to know why no one is reporting how the fascist pigs are seeding the clouds and making it rain trying to drive us out of here. How come no one's reporting that?

The Johnny Winter set might be pretty good. The rest of those reissues, I'd probably pass on.

Sony is even releasing a 3-hour long Director's Cut of the Woodstock movie on DVD and Blu-ray.

Speaking of Johnny Winter, does anyone know if that was him playing the phenominal guitar solo on "Tobacco Road" from the double live Edgar Winter album featuring Johnny Winter and Rick Derringer. If you've never heard it, check it out - it is one of the best solos I've ever heard and I don't know if it was Johnny or Rick Derringer playing it.
