Here in texas there are huge 18 wheelers that are painted with ads, one of them is for HEB (grocery store) or Kroger, and it has a picture of a toddler crawling on hands and knees in nothing but a diaper with the picture taken from behind. Next to it saying something like "rock bottom prices" (bottom - baby bottom) whatever.

Point is - if a fleet of 18wheelers can have a naked baby in only a diaper printed up such that the baby is showing ass first in nothing but a diaper being 10 feet tall, why is this guy in jail?

I gots a quershtion. Do Canada and the EU have sex offender lists like we do? Are they as strict? From the stories I've read on Fark, if you get sex offender status here in America, you're farked even if all you did was take a leak in the parking lot of a bar. Does the rest of the civilized world follow that pattern? I'm not a sex offender of course, but I do like to urinate on things. Sometimes I go to hotels and pee in the ice machines, or into the opening on a coke machine, the one where the can comes out. The best was this one time I found an unlocked car. Door handles are good, too. Or you can urinate into a jar, seal it, and let it sit in the sun for a couple of weeks. Then you can carry it around and pour it in hard to get to places, like behind appliances or into air conditioning vents. Urine is a clean, natural substance, and no one should have to be ashamed of peeing. Yeah, the guy is creepy but he doesn't seem to be breaking any laws. It would be perfectly legal for him to show pictures of himself wearing a speedo, why does he get arrested for showing pictures of himself wearing an adult diaper?

If the legislators find such behavior so disturbing, then make a law against it and see if it stands up to legal scrutiny. But don't just go around arresting people because you find their behavior distasteful. That's not how our legal system works.

I've met many hospital patients in diapers when I volunteered at a medical facility in my home town. I was a clueless high school kid back then and had never thought about grown men and women wearing diapers.
