Obscure? Whatever you think of him, he's hardly "obscure," even now, so many years after his career-peaking heyday in the '80s. At that time, he was pretty much the top performer in the world, and his album Thriller, love it or hate it, is one of the most successful of all time. Obscure? Um, no.
