Having worked in a few situations that had women in power, I saw no tendency toward ethical or rational behavior. To be clear, no tendency for or against, but perhaps a tendency in women, non exclusive to women, to avoid listening to anyone who was not their boss.

The few women I have seen rise high in business have done so by outdoing others at the good-old-boys type networking. It may be an issue that it is easier for men to rise on merits but the point at hand is that there just are not many good examples of women in higher management that I would point to.

My military years taught me women were FAR more hard core, gung-ho, "I can out MAN you" than the men, when put in the same role.
