They can't have that much uranium, so they don't have enough for a lot of tests or weapons. We can shoot down their missiles. The only real concern here is that he nukes Seoul.

Honestly at this point, who cares.. any collateral damage would be acceptable losses in my book, however I think actual radiation contamination would be minimal.. its not like we would literally cover the entire North Korea land mass with nuclear fire - it would be just a few major cities. Worst case scenario if any of the radiation blew south we may see a decrease in Starcraft server population, at least for a couple days.
