a. $50, like that for a reasonable amount of weed
b. Push on chest simulates "tight feeling" from inhaling
c. Weed makes a lot of ordinary ideas seem like genius, because it allows some to dwell on things endlessly.

NOTE: I'm not demonizing pot, I just figure it was reasonable satire. All his non-musical output that I've seen has been for the lulz.
