True, but not quite the same. People who say they've been waterboarded just to see what it is like, and later state they can't see any real harm in it, isn't an honest example. To truly partake in the experience, one must truly believe his captors mean serious harm.

I'm not the one advocating the massive spending, so why should I have to justify it? I am advocating an across the board 5% reduction in spending from the previous year's budget with a 10% increase in personal income taxes. At some point, Government has to balance the books and eliminate the deficit. We cannot debt our way to prosperity.
